House Upgrades (previously funeral costs)

Hi, my name is Carol, and I have been friends with Adam J. Bernay since high school (class of '92). Sadly, recently he passed away after turning 48 years of age. Due to the ridiculously high cost of the burial, he was cremated and will be buried with his mother when she dies. I'm now raising $2,000 for the necessary upgrades to the family home.
