London Landmarks Half Marathon

You never think it’s going to happen to your family once let alone twice let alone both your parents. My dad had a cerebellum the day my mum retired, and then a second cerebellum 7 weeks later. My mum became his rock and his carer.
We have just celebrated how far he has come in a year and how he has smashed his recovery.
So……. my mum my dads rock has heartbreakingly now had a massive stroke and has lost her left side.
It's been an extremely difficult time but we have an amazing family and friends  who are supporting us and mum.

Stroke association have become our families rock, an ear to listen to and great guidance for support. We couldn’t of got through the last few weeks without them.

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of The Stroke Association and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about The Stroke Association: When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt.
