Helping Hands

COVID-19 has devastated the entire world and has  left many homeless, jobless and otherwise hopeless. No one is exempt from the reach of this pandemic. My community, the Broadway community has been and is increasingly feeling the grip of this traumatic experience. The entire industry has been shut down leaving us with no work, no prospect of work and very little in the way of financial support. I am starting this fund to do what I can to lend a helping hand for my friends, my coworkers and my chosen family. My Goal is to raise $2,500.00 that will be used to award 25 people $100.00 for the purpose of buying groceries or paying towards utilities or any other bills they may have. Recipients will need to prove their affiliation with the broadway community as well as prove financial hardship. I know times are tough for us all but if we all give a little we can help those who really need it a whole lot. Let’s show the world that we the broadway community are truly in this together.
