Please Help Me Start Testosterone

My name is Nathan, I'm 17, 18 next month and I have been out as transgender since I was 12 and I was in homeless accommodation last year and moved into my own home this year, it's hard for me to work for mental health reasons and I barely make enough to keep myself going.

I wanted to do this to make a start on getting the care I need to start my transition and become myself.

This has been a dream of mine for years, going into the work place and having my own home makes me really need to be myself. It feels like it's finally starting to be possible.
