Treatment for MS - Katie Conley

Kate is a 36 year old mother and works as a para pro for middle school students. After having her son in 2019, she started showing symptoms of MS. After endless Dr's appts and tests, she was officially diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in March 2022.

She is faced daily with the difficulty of walking, things most of us take for granted. Her day is structured around what she can/cannot do. She has exhausted all treatment plans available to her with little to no success. HSCT (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Treatment) is something she is praying for! It could give her an opportunity to enjoy life again and plan things for her and her son. The unfortunate side is that this treatment is costly and insurance does not cover the expense. Since her illness is progressive, urgency is a major factor.
