Bakari was my Godson. A loveable , fun energizer bunny! At 3 years old, a simple day of fun lead to tragedy. As we are not able to comment on what transpired, know that the family is in need. For a week, mom and dad sat by Bakari's hospital bed as he put up the ultimate fight. In the end, the battle was lost.

Tariq Williams and Kayla Mitchell are mom and dad.

At this time I am asking for funds to cover burial expenses, time lost from work, and medical bills. There are no words for what Tariq and Kayla are experiencing at this time. Any donation will help ease the financial crisis this tragedy has created for these parents and Bakari's remaining sibling.
