Help me to smile again

Hello. My name is Alexander, and I am 35 years old. I am a final year university student. I have been living in England for almost six years. I decided to ask for help because about four-five years ago, in a few weeks, I lost almost all my teeth. The reason is not apparent to me to this day. I have been to various dentists and received multiple explanations. Some say stress; others say it is the result of a medicine that was used as an antibiotic for babies in my country. Let me clarify that it is not periodontitis; my teeth break even with the softest food I eat. Yesterday I lost my last tooth. The lack of teeth affects both my physical and mental health exceptionally strongly. I couldn't eat anymore, so I started having digestive system problems. From the point of view of my mental health - I forgot what it's like to smile; I don't contact people because they don't understand what I'm saying, and I constantly feel that they are continually looking me in the mouth. I also developed anxiety and panic attacks. And all this changed me completely. I'm only 35 years old.

To be helped in England, I need approximately £40,000, which I can't afford because I'm a full-time student and I can work part-time. In my country (Bulgaria), I need £10,000.

I have been trying to register for NHS Dentist for two years without success. The answer is always the same "we have no vacancies for new patients".

This money will cover everything: the dentist's work, the implants and the construction of new jawbone in the places that are too damaged.

I realize there are probably people with much more severe medical problems, but missing teeth leads to more serious issues for me.
