In Loving Memory of Kofi Ofori-Atta

Donation protected
On Friday, July 24, Kofi Amoako Ofori-Atta was the driver of the Volkswagon that swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with the 18-wheeler headed east. This unfortunate accident has cost all of his hopes and dreams.

Kofi was a 2013 graduate of Summer Creek High School where he was member of Student Council, Natioanl Honor Society, SCHS Tennis team, SCHS Basketball team and a host of other activites. Upon graduating from Summer Creek he attended Kansas University and was a proud Jayhawk!!!

He had a smile that would radiate the sky. His personality and charm has left an everlasting impression on those he came in contact with.  Kofi was transferring to Texas A&M this fall to complete his studies. Kofi will be forever in our hearts.

This fund has been set up by myself and Kofi's friends to assist his father with funeral cost and any other unexpected expenses that have resulted from  this tragic accident.

Kofi was like the son I never had and a very important part of my family. I will miss our mother/son conversations and him calling or stopping by to check on me.

Your continued prayers, kind words and donations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.
