Hi, my name is Autumn (aka A.J.), my fiance's name is Raymond. He and I have been struggling to find a place to live for the past 4 years due to COVID.

We've been living in a deteriorating house owned by my fiance's family, and we've been trying to save up for something better.

Unfortunately my fiance has been let go from his job, and I am on disability so we have no money to pay for food, or bills while he looks for another job.

We moved to Washington State from California at the start of the pandemic to be closer to family, and everything started falling apart as soon as we got here.

There was no stable housing for us, and no prospects on the horizon because we are so low income.

We've been struggling for a really long time, with constant car issues, job losses, unexpected expenses, and the like that have completely drained any savings we had.

We are facing the very real potential of being on the street or not being able to feed ourselves and our cat.

I'm not good at asking for help, neither is he, but we're desperate for any assistance we can get while my fiance tries to find another job.
