Medical treatment for chet

Hello everyone,

Me and my family have created this Go-fund me page for our life time friend Chantelle Chetwynd. Known to everybody who knows her as chet or chetters. She has been a part of our family for a very long time now and has unfortunately been diagnosed with cancer. She has been diagnosed with several cancer variants which are in her hip bone, thigh bone, spinal cord and in her breast.

Sadly, none of this is curable.

We want to raise as much money as we can to help chet hopefully have private treatment which will (fingers crossed) make her very comfortable and pray that it could give her more time. Alongside this, if we raise enough it would be great to be able to also send chet off to do something on her bucket list.

Every donation, however little it could be would be such appreciated.

So, what we are going to do, is we are going to Bike from Scotland to the windmill sports and social club in Nuneaton as quick as we can. Covering roughly 347 miles. The team will drive up on Thursday evening to begin the bike ride event on Friday 20th September 2024 morning at 0600hrs and we will aim to be biking across the finish line within 72hrs. (All going well) I’ve never ridden a bike further than 30 miles and neither has anybody else who will be doing it so it’s going to be both physically and mentally demanding.

And my sister’s Janneen Bernard & Georgie Carty and Noel Johnston will be on the logistical side of things and will be driving and staying with us throughout feeding us all and hydrating and navigating us.
