Funeral and Burial Expenses

Hi, my name is Misty Allen. On August 13, 2022 my mother Ms. Barbara Allen-Slaughter had a heart attack while we were shopping in Walmart. She fell unconscious and fell to the floor from the motorized scooter the store provides hitting her head in the fall. While unconscious her heart stopped beating. The paramedics came and did a wonderful job of getting her heart beat restarted. She was without oxygen for 15-20 minutes after the heart attack. She was placed on life support and transferred to a hospital that deals with trauma patient. The doctors weren't expecting her to survive due to heart attack, the deprivation of oxygen and her many other health problems but she did survive and she did wake up but due to her being depraved of oxygen for so long her mental status was altered. She remembered her family but she could no longer walk, stand, sit up or take care of herself anymore. She needed a feeding tube placed through her nose into her stomach for nutrients because she was having trouble swallowing. She was then placed in a rehabilitation hospital because she needed care that I couldn't provide at home. She fought hard because she wanted to come home with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Due to her failing heart my mom suffered another heart attack on the morning of October 29th, 2022. My mom passed away from this heart attack as her heart was too weak, she was 72yrs old. My mother did not have a life insurance policy because of the high rates due to all of her illnesses. My mother, the proud woman she was, did not disclose this to my sister or myself so that we could have helped with the payments. We are now faced with not having enough funds for her funeral and Burial. I am asking that if you can find in your heart to donate toward her funeral expenses. We have been able to come up with half but we are still short. Any donation, no matter how big or small would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer.
