And this is Mike’s Mission: “We will praise you in the storm.”
Praising we have done. We’ve seen such beauty in this storm of cancer that the Johnsons have walked through. The storm they didn’t choose. But the storm they chose to walk with with grace and faith while ministering to so many. I could not be more proud of them ❤️
Today we received news that a recent scan shows treatment is no longer an option. The incredible, compassionate staff at Kaiser has loved the Johnsons well. It’s been a gift to them like no other. God’s sweet grace.
We are broken and full of grief but we know our God is good. He is here and he is holding the Johnsons close.
So today we ask for prayers of comfort as Mike begins to be cared for at home under Hospice care. Prayers for Stacie, Samuel and Sarah Anne, for peace that passes all understanding.
