Medical expenses

Hi, my name is Sergio Alberto Alcocer and was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. I'm reaching out and asking for help with my medical expenses. I'm a hard working husband, father, and was the bread winner of our home. Since my surgery i haven't been able to work so any money we had saved has gone to my medical, rent and payments. The funds will be used to pay for doctors visits and medications. I pray everyone is well and the Lord may continue to bless you all.
