On a mission to get more women into positions of power within the cybersecurity industry. Hacker in Heels is a feminist, purpose-driven business helping women in cybersecurity get paid, promoted, and recognized for their value and impact.

Through content, courses, coaching, and events, Hacker in Heels has positively supported the careers of over 1,500+ cybersecurity practitioners.

In five years, bootstrapped and self-funded, plus support through iFundWomen, AND with a full-time career *in* cybersecurity I've:

Developed the six-week "Changemakers" course to help women explore and plan a career change into cybersecurity, with at least FOUR (!!) success stories and numerous positive testimonials.
Facilitated 6 certification study programs, including 4 Security+ Study Squads, a CISSP Study Squad, and a CISSP Study Sprint with 63 total participants.
Hosted 26 Connection Calls introducing women in cybersecurity to power players both in the industry and beyond, in an exclusive setting to supercharge networking and skill building.
Created the Hacker in Heels Salon, which debuted at SquadCon 2023, and evolved into two sold-out Salon dinners in 2024 alongside the WiCyS and Black Hat conferences.
Co-Hosted the Cyber Queens Podcast, producing 14 episodes from January to June 2024 streamed live to LinkedIn and on YouTube.
Coached dozens of women through tricky career situations in 1:1 and monthly group sessions.
Provided over 50 hours of accountability for Insiders members to make progress on their career goals through weekly "Study Hours."
Became certified in professional coaching through the ICF-accredited Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Curated a Cybersecurity Women's Leadership Conference in partnership with industry-admired Secure Diversity with over 100 attendees in-person + virtually.
