Hackney Fives Girls Football Team

Hello! we are a girls youth football team based in hackney who need support to pay for training, games, kits etc. we are a student based team which allows girls to both exercise when it’s no longer provided by schools and also give them a sense of community. We want to encourage more females to enter into predominantly male sports and also keep up physical and mental health which should be a main priority especially while going through the stresses of a levels. However, as it is now, we need to pay for training, kits, games and travel all out of our own pockets adding up to nearly £100 pounds per person for only 1 season. Although we are super passionate about what we are doing, it is unlikely that we will be able to maintain this for very long which is heartbreaking because this is so important for a lot of young girls. especially since we have been turned away by our school for funding, this is our last resort.
