Hackney’s First Stop-Motion Animation Studio!

I’m a stop-motion animator from East London and for the last four years I’ve been building up my brand, Lambsworld. It follows an alien life called Lambs and they don’t want to be sheep! I’ve been promoting Lambsworld with pop ups all over London. Selling handmade charms, keyrings, magnets and figurines of Lambs. I also share their stories through illustrations and animations on social media. Lambsworld has helped me reach out to my community and young people, even landing me assemblies and workshops in schools/youth clubs.

Animation has always been a passion of mine, it’s a medium where anything is possible. I believe I have plenty stories to tell and this can be done through short animated  films. I’ve produced animated films with the help of industry standard equipment/software and I’d love to invest in my own studio so I can make a start to my career.  The studio is currently located in Bootstrap Charity in Dalston, Hackney. I'd also use the funds to create a strong brand identity and market the brand accordingly too.

Hackney is going through a massive change, there are many design studios here but not many representing the Hackney/London I know. This is something I’m really passionate about. I believe I can bring a driving change to Animation through storytelling and artistic style.
