Had a bad rear end wreck and I was hospitalized

Hello all,

As many of you know I was hospitalized with a coma in August due to a bad car wreck. I am currently in rehabilitation and physical therapy for my injuries and I know I have a long journey ahead of me in my recovery. The medical bills alone are currently 1.7 million dollars.

As the primary provider for my wife and two small girls, this has been an extremely trying time. I have always taken pride in my ability to work, and being away from work for so long has really put a burden on my household and mental health. Medical expenses in addition to regular bills are looming over myself and my family, and we could use any help you are able to provide. I will be having surgery to replace a piece of my skull soon, after which I hope to continue physical therapy. I am still regaining strength and coordination on my left side, which is my dominant side. I hope to begin work again in January when my health has recovered, and in the meanwhile could really use a bit of community support.

Because the car wreck has left my family without a vehicle, money from this fundraiser will also be used to help me secure rides to and from appointments, in addition to helping pay down medical and household bills – so even small donations really help!
