Meet Hadley Wilson, this beautiful little four year old is truly a bright light in this world. She loves to Dance, sing and play with her twin brother and two big sisters.
Sadly, this lovely little girl was recently diagnosed with a rare form of Cancer called DIPG. Diffuse Intrinsic pontine Glioma affects children most exclusively at approximately 4-11 years of age.
It is a tumor located in the Pons (middle) of the brainstem. The brainstem connects the cerebrum with the spinal cord, thus being essential to bodily functions which are life sustaining. DIPG is a diffuse infiltrating tumor (it grows amidst the nerves) making it inoperable.
Currently Hadley is staying strong as she undergoes Radiation treatment. She is connected with a great team of pediatric oncologist at Huntsman Hospital and Primary Children’s Hospital. Hadley is surrounded by the love and strength of her mother, Heidi, her father, Reggie and so many others whom she has touched with her splendid happy personality. We want to help little Hadley be able to get all the treatment, care and provision her and her family need to battle this horrific Pediatric Cancer.
