Haight street robbery victim needs help
Donation protected
Hello, I’m the brother of the victim that was robbed and shot 6 times on Haight St. and Masonic Ave. on November 4th, 2021, while he was at work. My brother was in critical condition and has been hospitalized since the incident. Because of the incident, my brother has gone through multiple surgeries. The surgeries included the removal of one of his kidneys, a liver resection, and a patch to his right lung. During the first two weeks of hospitalization, my brother had a breathing tube and is now connected to a feeding tube, until his body recovers more. He has still not been able to eat or drink anything since the shooting and will be in the hospital for a total of 2 months or longer. My brother has a long journey ahead of him to make a full recovery and is now worried about medical bills, rehabilitation bills, rent, walking, and returning to doing normal things for himself. At this time, we are not allowed to release his name for his safety. I made this GoFundMe for him to help get him back on his feet and completely back to living a normal life, with the hope of him not having to worry about money. I feel that these times are tough for a lot of people these days, and if you cannot spare a few dollars, your wishes and prayers is all he needs.
