Hair Gone Today, Will Be Here In a Year!
Hello, my name is Andy
In 2019, my mum (Nanny(don't ask)) died with
Alzheimer's.
We all miss her dearly and whilst it was not the reason she died, just having it was awful to see.
Alzheimer's is a terrible disease and one I would love to help try and find a cure for.
All I can do is my little bit and try and raise a few quid to help fight this disease.
Many of you may know, back in the day I had a lovely head of hair and especially when it was a perm, well now it's your chance to see it all over again. It should look horrendous!
I am not going to cut my hair until new years eve 2024 but before that, on the 1st of December, I will be dying it purple as that was my mums fav colour and she'd love it.
All I am asking is if you have a spare few pounds or euros that you can join me on this journey and raise money for this charity, I and so many other people would really appreciate it.
Many thanks
Andy.
More information about Alzheimer's Society: At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research. One in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime. We don’t want anyone to face the realities of dementia alone. That’s why your support is vital.
