Half Marathon for Palliative Care Unit in Regina House

In memory of my late dad – John Daly – myself (John Daly Junior), Philip Nolan and Anthony Lillis are running the Galway City half marathon on the 5th of October 2024.

In doing so, we’re hoping to raise some money for the palliative care unit in Regina House in Kilrush, Co Clare, whose wonderful staff cared for dad in the end and have provided great help to the people of West Clare and beyond.

We’ve already covered our own race entry fees and any additional fees will be covered by myself, therefore all funds raised will be donated directly to Regina House, via “Friends of Regina House”.

These funds will help to directly benefit those within the care of the palliative care unit and residents in Regina House, with such services essential to the community of West Clare.
