Hallie Grace Hale

Hallie Grace Hale is the daughter of our children's pastor at FBC Leesburg. She's 13 years old and has been diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis. It’s a very serious disease where her antibodies are attacking her brain and making it swell. She will be in the PICU for at least a week to 10 days. While in the hospital she will be doing plasma dialysis and other treatments to cure this disease.

She's just finished up the first step of treatment and will begin stages 2 and 3. After that, stage 4 will be an immune suppressant, and she will have a compromised immune system for about 2 years. During these 2 years, she will have monthly treatments/appointments with her neurologist.

The money raised will be used to cover medical expenses and to support the Hales as they care for their oldest daughter, Hallie, and two younger children during this time.
