Ham & Cheese Homeless Outreach
Donation protected
Ham and Cheese Homeless Outreach is a homeless ministry program ran entirely by students in the Austin area. The goal of this program is to provide some of Austin's homeless population with food for the body AND spirit. Proverbs 14:31 says "Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors Him". By going out and helping people living on the streets, we are not only helping the homeless but also glorifying God. People will come to know God through our actions. If we can go out and serve the homeless people of Austin, TX with love and joy, then we believe they will begin to know God - resulting in rehabilitation and getting off the streets. Our purpose in life is spread the love of God that was bestowed upon us through Jesus' death on the cross. However, money is needed in order to do this. We hit the streets of Austin every month. Each trip we take costs $200. The money will go solely to buying ham and cheese sandwich supplies, water bottles, and socks. If you can not donate money, please share this page with your friends and family.
