Hamady Abdullah Patterson

إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ

We are saddened to hear of the passing of a dear member of the Muslim community at the young age of 20, brother Hamady Abdullah Patterson.

Brother Hamady's family cannot afford the funeral costs and will need assistance.

The burial process is expensive and includes an extensive list of services such as transportation from home/hospital to the funeral home,

arrangements for storing a body, ghusl (washing) before burial.

acquiring a burial plot at Muslim cemetery, transportation from the funeral home to a mosque and to the cemetery, Janazah (funeral) prayer,

obtaining the death certificate, lost wages for family during this period.
