We are raising funds to publish a book on behalf of Hamid Saifi, former Afghan Army Ly. Col. and current officer in the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan. The book, Men of Freedom, will share with the world the realities of the war on terror in Afghanistan.
About the Book
Men of Freedom is the story of an Afghan soldier, Hamid Saifi, who fought alongside NATO Alliances and the United States (US) military, against the Taliban and to end global terrorism. After the fall of Kabul in August 2021, the current Taliban regime has been on the hunt for Afghan military personnel and beheading them. The Taliban promised amnesty to the former Afghan military but they are ruthlessly killing anyone that had ties to the US or NATO allies.
About the Author
Hamid Saifi served in the Afghan military for 16 years. He is the father of three beautiful children. They lost their home and income after the US decided to pull out all troops in August 2021. He has no pension or salary and will never receive military benefits for his loyal service to the United States and Afghanistan. His family is stranded, forced into hiding, with no assurances of security from the US or Taliban. Hamid Saifi continues to fight for women's rights, freedom and liberty for all. He is not ready to surrender to the regime and joined the on going resistance to free Afghanistan and bring democracy to the Afghan people. He lives where civil war has engulfed his town, yet, Hamid is not afraid to sacrifice his life for freedom. With your generous support and donations we will publish his book in English and Farsi so we can tell the world his story, his sacrifices, and preserve his legacy for his family of three young children. Stories such as Hamid’s are vital to ensure that the seeds of democracy can still fruit in war torn parts of the world. - “While I am on the battlefield and we are always in conflict with the enemy, in order to fulfill my responsibility and prevent the loss of the security forces of the country, I have published the book of the second volume, Men of Freedom, which again shows my views on our conflicts with the enemy. I offer our encounter with all kinds of complex enemy tactics to my friends and peers. Here, I have tried my best to provide solutions and plans to repel and reject any enemy tactics. I also ask my other comrades to strengthen the fight against the pen in addition to the fight against the gun, and to put what they see on the battlefield from the enemy at the service of their other comrades by repelling it.”
