Hi my name is Courtney Sarantis. I have CMT “which is a form of muscular dystrophy. I need to use a power wheelchair. I need my power wheelchair to get around as I can’t walk long distances. My current minivan will not pass inspection, so I need to purchase a new minivan, to transport my power wheelchair. I’m 38 years old and I live independently. I do community activities such as Special Olympics I need a minivan to provide me with transportation to appointments therapy and activities. I am on a fixed income and need a van to keep me independent. Any help or donations will be greatly appreciated.
