Handicapped moms car stolen

Hi my name is Joshua Silvers, recently my moms car was stolen. My mom is totally disabled, and in the car was her scooter and her walker, which are necessities for her life and insurance isn't covering any contents. Also she will need some money towards the car, what she is getting from insurance will not cover a lot. My mom is heartbroken. They didn't just take her car, her whole life was in it, and she can't afford it all. Please help her so we can replace those things.
