Hank’s Fight To Save His Grazing & Water Rights

Rancher Hank Vogler is taking on the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) in court to protest a ‘taking” of his long time grazing and water rights in a scenario all too familiar to the West’s public land ranchers.

The loss of these water rights which he's had for nearly 40 years is due to the greed and mismanagement of resources by the state of Nevada. This could mean the end of his ranch and many others BUT... WITH YOUR HELP...

His success could set a precedent that could prevent other public land ranchers from experiencing a similar threat to their livelihood.

The funds will be used directly for his legal representation.
