Hanna Brown WILL appreciate your time for reading this ♥️

Hi,

My name is Martin I would highly appreciate it if you could give me the time to explain the situation to the mother of my children. Hanna Brown is in.

Hanna has an extremely rare autoimmune disease called chronic idiopathic neutropenia where her white cells average 100 or 0.1. this autoimmune disease is extremely threatening to life. Hanna is extremely susceptible to any kind of bacterial infection and when Hanna gets a bacterial infection, without immediate medication is extremely life-threatening.

Over the last 12 or so months. Hanna was believed by the doctors and nurses locally, including the mental health service to be experiencing severe depression and anxiety

This resulted in Hann spending approximately 22 hours in 24 a day in her bed Hanna sought advice from the mental health team, local doctors, and local hospitals during these 12 months. The services that were supporting Hanna believed the mental health conditions were causing Hanna to become physically poorly as well

Hanna ended up on a cocktail of medicines because of many physical symptoms such as fainting her body turning blue and purple jaundice severe allergic reactions and intolerances migraines suspected appendicitis that wasn't treated at the time

A hospital in London that has Hanna's notes regarding her autoimmune disease that has been there for 17 years States that if Hanna's white sells increase to above her normal level which averages 0.1 maybe 0.2 at times or if her pulse goes above 100 or her temperature goes above 38. This is deemed as a medical emergency, a physical medical emergency where Hanna needs antibiotics administrated immediately

During the last year, the local hospital told Hanna her immune system had corrected itself and she was now physically well because her white cells at the time a few months ago when she was in A&E was at 1,900

During this admission to the emergency unit at our local hospital, Hanna was refused a scan of her stomach. Hanna was given painkillers and sent home

Approximately 6 weeks ago. Hanna felt so poorly it took her 20 minutes to get downstairs with the help from our daughter who is 12. She rung 999 and explained she believed she had neutropenia which is the low white cells or no unknown immune system sepsis or an accidental overdose of prescriptive meds

The call handler on 999 told Hanna they would phone her at some point in the next 4 hours

I drove Hanna to A&E myself. Hanna had a blood test done where her white cells were around 3,200. The doctor said Hanna was fine and she would give her pain meds and Hanna could go home. Although she would refer her now to a gastro doctor who would see Hanna in 48 hours

Hanna was screaming out in pain for what felt like a lifetime, I didn't know what to do because I was worried the doctors would think. Hanna was having a mental breakdown and would be sectioned and put in a mental hospital

Luckily a doctor appeared and asked Hanna what was wrong. Hanna screamed in his face and said "no body is listening to me"

This doctor whom, I'm sad to say I don't know his name. Spoke to the doctor that was trying to send Hanna home

A few minutes later the doctor Hanna was being sent home by and the doctor that had just appeared. He just asked what was wrong. Came out of the room on the phone to the emergency surgical team. I was told at this point it was okay for me to go home and Hanna would be looked after on award after having a CAT scan with a dyer

After the CAT scan, Hanna was rushed to have emergency surgery. The surgeon phoned me and explained. Hannas bowel had perforated. Her lung had collapsed and she has various infections throughout her body. He said

" I don't know what I'm going to do or how I'm going to do it. But I'm going to try and save Hannas life".

He passed me over to Hanna and Hanna Didn't know what to say. It was 2:00am in the morning. The children were asleep. She didn't know what to say. I kept telling her she would be okay and that she wasn't going to die but she didn't know what to say. I promised her. I would always look after the children.

Our four children who Hanna has always looked after in such an amazing way are all under the autistic spectrum one of my children also has ADHD and nytsagmus and my two other children also have dyslexia

I waited for the surgeon to phone me back. This was 4 and 1/2 hours later. Waiting for that call that I wanted but didn't want to answer. Was one of the most terrifying things I've ever had to do. Not knowing if I was going to have to tell our children that their mum had died on the operating table because nobody had listened to her over the past year

Luckily the surgeon was able to save Hannas life

Hanna also caught MRSA which could have also been extremely Life threatening after several days after the operation. Hannas neutrophils white blood cells dropped from 3200 down to 100

A doctor went to Hannas bedside and explained she needed to be moved to a room immediately because her white cells were so low which was life threatening? Hanna was direct with the doctor and said

" PLEASE listen to me now"

I have been telling everybody over this last year whilst slowly dying with the hole in my bowel that was poisoning me that I am physically unwell and I need emergency care but nobody was listening to me the doctor. Kindly listened to Hanna and went to the hospital in London to get Hanna notes regarding her extremely rare autoimmune disease

The doctor returned quickly and said I have spoken to the haematology team regarding Hanna and this all makes sense now, but he has never seen anyone live as long as Hanna has with this autoimmune disease, which is why the services that had been meant to be supporting Hanna over the last year didn't believe Hanna was physically unwell

Hanna was given an injection to boost her neutrophils and continued with the aftercare at the hospital which I have to say was amazing and we are very grateful

Hanna is making a good recovery from this operation and traumatic experience

Recently, Hanna had to see an emergency dentist because Hanna was diagnosed via her dentist with gum disease which is believed to be caused by the autoimmune disease. Hanna has had reoccurring infections over the last few years. This has resulted in Hanna having to have many antibiotics. The dentist told Hanna she had to self-refer herself to a private gum specialist because the NHS couldn't help her further but Hanna couldn't afford to do this

At the emergency dentist appointment, Hanna was told that the gum disease is now so aggressive that within the next year or two all her teeth will have to be pulled out. The prognosis is that Hanna will have reoccurring infections just as she has had over the last few years. Everyone of these infections being life threatening and now Hanna has been told that during this time every tooth in her mouth will be removed one by one. As the time goes on. Every extraction for Hanna is also life threatening and there is also a chance. Hanna could become immune to the antibiotics they are giving her

The specialist dentist who was really nice at the emergency appointment listened to Hanna regarding her autoimmune disease. He was very patient and very kind and explained to Hanna. That's the protocol on the NHS. Should have been that Hanna was referred to an NHS specialist when she was diagnosed with the gum disease

But this didn't happen resulting in Hanna now having to face the next few years of reoccurring infections and extractions

The best thing for Hanna to prevent life-threatening infections would be for all of Hanna teeth to be removed at the same time and then have implants put in

Hanna being a single mum to four children cannot afford this

The criteria for the NHS to give Hanna the implants she needs States. If you have cancer, diabetes or have been in a trauma they will give you implants. But it does not say they will give implants for an autoimmune disease. That is no fault of Hannas

From what I have read on the internet implants cost the NHS around £16,000 which I understand is a lot of money with all the struggles the NHS are currently facing

During the last 19 years that Hanna has been bringing up her four autistic children, Hanna has spent many hours volunteering her time to a charity called Homestart Essex. This charity supports families going through difficult times and we were supported by them when my youngest daughter was seriously poorly many years ago

Hanna, because of volunteering for this, charity has several qualifications in mental health and support anyone she can as much as she can. If you know Hanna well you will know this

I know 16,000 is one hell of a lot of money and I know that everybody is struggling at the moment, especially with the cost of living

I truly appreciate your time that you spent reading this and if you could afford even 1 pound towards helping me to help Hanna get the implants she needs ASAP.

I would be forever grateful

Thank you so much for giving me your time and reading this. If you can't afford to to spare any money, I totally understand this but I still appreciate the fact you took your time to read this

Lots of love

Martin
