Hannah get a wig

Hi, my name is Claire and I am the manager at Beloved Southampton. It is a hair/beauty salon and wellness centre. We opened nearly two years ago and are proud to say that we have built up a bustling community and rappor with the local people in the area.

One lovely lady and her daughter named Hannah started coming to us for beauty treatments after we first opened.

Sadly in June 2022 Hannah became poorly with what looked like a sty on her eye, unfortunately after a biopsy it was confirmed to be a Rhabdomyosarcoma. Hannah has undergone chemotherapy and radiotherapy to fight this awful disease.

After a very painful keyhole operation and months in and out of hospital, Hannah has got the all clear.

Although medically fit, she has sadly lost her hair. Specialists are not sure if it will grow back to how it once was. (which used to be lovely and long as in the photo)

Her mum brought her a wig but as it is synthetic hair she finds it very uncomfortable and cannot wear it for lengthy periods.

Hence the plea to raise money.

With your help we at the salon would like to raise funds to purchase, fit and style a human hair wig for Hannah so that she is able to go to her prom in July and wear it comfortably until hopefully her hair grows back!
