Hi, my name is Hannah Wroblewski and I was elected as a 2016 PLEO national delegate pledged to Senator Bernie Sanders from the great state of Nebraska.
I started getting involved in politics while in high school where I was the Young Democrats President. I went on to intern for Senator Ben Nelson and work on city elections and state legislative races. I then moved out to Western Nebraska where I organized for Senator Bob Kerrey's 2012 race and then managed Congressional candidate Mark Sullivan's campaign. I served on the Nebraska Young Democrats Executive Board and became the youngest NDP County Chair in the state's history. I've also been an active member of the Young Democrats of America where I served on the national Rural Caucus and as the National Meetings Director. I currently serve as the Midwest Region Director, representing six states.
I am asking for your support to help me get to the 2016 DNC in Philly to nominate our next President of the United States and fight for progressive reform to the DNC's platform. This convention is estimated to cost $4k per delegate and I need your help today. These funds will be used to pay for my expenses, including air fare and hotel. Any extra funds, will be distributed to the other members of the Nebraska delegation, prioritizing the young delegates.
For years I have been a fighter for youth involvement and inclusion in the Democratic Party and I would like to continue that fight in Philly. With your help, I can.
