Hannah's Heroes - Medical Expenses

Donation protected
On March 18, 2017 Hannah complained of an itchy throat and had a hard time catching her breath. On the way to the hospital, she stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest. The police officer who notified us said she was brain dead and being kept on life support until we could get to the hospital to make organ donation arrangements. We were devastated.

When we got to the hospital, it was a different story. Hannah's body temperature was lowered to reduce the brain swelling. The very next day, her CT scan was completely normal. On Day 3, the ICU doctor suggested that we remove Hannah's breathing tube, set up a DNR (do not resuscitate) and let her go, but the very next day, she started to respond to pain in all four extremities, and about a week later, she opened her eyes!

It's been ten months, and Hannah continues to fight and grow stronger every day! We're currently exploring alternative therapies and need your help.

Please consider being one of Hannah's Heroes by making a donation either through our GoFundMe page or by sending to Paula Brock 27 Westbrook Dr. O'Fallon, MO 63366. Lastly, we cannot thank you all enough for your love, moral support, and prayers!
