Hannah School for Dyslexics

H.E.R.E. 4 Kids is expanding our programs to include the growing Hannah School.
Melissa and Shawnda met while working in an educational setting as a SLP and teacher’s assistant.  Over time this working relationship evolved into co-teaching.  The success of their collaboration in a classroom was obvious.  Over the past decade Melissa and Shawnda have repeatedly designed positive and successful learning environments for children.  In October 2014, Melissa founded Hannah Educational Resources & Evaluations (H.E.R.E.).  In May 2015, Shawnda began offering Dyslexia intervention services for children in central Arkansas while simultaneously managing the H.E.R.E. office.  As a result of this collaboration, in June of 2015, Shawnda and Melissa co-founded H.E.R.E. 4 Kids, a 501 (c)(3) committed to designing educational and therapeutic services for the Arkansas community.  The mission is to provide flexible services and interventions to children attending The Hannahs school in Little Rock while also providing professional development and collaboration opportunities for educational professionals in Arkansas.  H.E.R.E. 4 Kids has steadily grown and developed various programs to meet the needs of the community.
