Happy Hearts - Fane Valley Group Charity Fund

Hi thank you for supporting the new 2024 / 2025 Fane Valley Group Charity Fund - Happy Hearts. Through Happy Hearts we will support the work of two well-known charities – Northern Ireland Chest, Heart & Stroke and the Irish Heart Foundation.

Delivering services since 1946, Northern Ireland Chest, Heart & Stroke provides expert care and support to anyone at risk of or currently living with chest, heart and stoke conditions. They also fund local ground-breaking research into better treatments, care and prevention.

The Irish Heart Foundation, founded in 1966, runs support groups for patients who have had heart problems or strokes and campaigns on public health issues which affect the risk of heart disease and stroke.

We feel that these two organisations naturally complement each other and relate to everyone regardless of your connection with Fane Valley. We are keen to harness the

benefits of working together in support of an excellent cause and to build awareness of the healthy habits we can all adopt to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Staff across the Fane Valley Group will be organising and taking part in a range of fundraising activities over coming months, we will be aiming to engage, educate, fundraise and of course have some fun throughout the period of the Happy Hearts partnership.
