Mahindra Foundation is a Section 501 (c)(3) organization under the US Internal Revenue Code. All donations to the organization are exempt from taxation. Mahindra Foundation provides a platform for US residents to support the education of underprivileged girls in India through Project Nanhi Kali, which is jointly managed by the K.C. Mahindra Education Trust and Naandi Foundation. 'Nanhi Kali' means 'a little bud,' which aims to provide quality educational support to underprivileged girls from Grade I to X.
