DEEP DIVE Field Trip

The kids in the Professional Diving Program at the New York Harbor School were hit hard by Covid. We need your help now to send the seniors on an international educational field trip, delayed for two years, to a special diving location, where they will get their delayed certifications during nine days of intensive diving in real deep water conditions. We need to raise $9,000 to support kids unable to pay the full cost. All donations are fully tax-deductible (made to the NY Harbor School PTA), and any donation amount will help. More information: The New York Harbor School provides a college preparatory education that instills the ethics of environmental stewardship and the skills associated with careers on the water. Students work with the Billion Oyster Project, a long-term, large-scale program to restore one billion live oysters to New York Harbor.
