Harbour Combat Sports is a not for profit , raising funds to sponsor veterans and first responders to start their Jujitsu journey. Our mission is to provide sponsorships for physically and mentally wounded veterans and first responders to train Brazilian Jijitsu

Our vision is to build a cohort of military and first responders as a support network in Australia, training BJJ, and raise awareness of the theraputic benefits of BJJ on PTS and other issues these heroes face on a day to day basis.

In November one of our biggest supporters and wife of a HCS student will take on her biggest endurance challenge to date to raise funds and awareness of Harbour Combat Sports and their mission.

As she celebrates Turing 50, she will spend 3 days swimming, riding and running amok in the bush

Nov 1 - 10k swim and 140k ride

Nov 2- 100k trail run

Nov 3 -280k ride

November 4 we eat cake!

But here's why she chose harbour and what it does for her family in her words

I see the change in my husband when he trains

I see the confidence build, I see him stand taller

I see him believe in himself more and more

I see him with a safe place to train and hang with mates

For Ben ju-jitsu brings clarity , it’s brings freedom

I know what my love of endurance sports does for me , the training with my awesome crew , my quirky adventure mates

And I see Ben light up the same way when he trains

Harbour allows him to grow , to raise his own ceiling , to achieve his goals with a supportive like minded team

For that I am grateful
