Hardship for the Junemann’s

Donation protected
Hello, as most of you know, my brother-in-law Steve Junemann, had open heart surgery on Monday, August 8, 2022. He had a bypass, an aneurysm taken care of, a hole in his heart taken care of, and a valve repaired. He did so amazing and was discharged on postop day four to start his healing journey.
On Tuesday, August 16, 2022, Steve experienced some symptoms that something was not right. 911 was called and he was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital and air lifted to university of Michigan hospital on Wednesday morning at 01:30am.
Steve was placed in the ICU and 2 L of fluid drained and was getting better with hopeful plans for discharge Saturday, August 20, 2022. However, over the last couple of nights he has been draining more blood, his labs are going the wrong way and may have to go back into surgery for a possible leak. Christine and the kids have been staying at the med inn at the UofM hospital with Steve and has been incurring hotel costs as well as travel and food.
Please help us help them with these costs for them so they can feel comfortable being there while Steve receives the care he needs to be able to get home soon. He may be there another week if they have to take him back to the operating room. Please keep the prayers coming and if you are able to help, even in the smallest way, that would be appreciated.
