Hardworking father in hospital after fall

On 9/25, J.R. fell 30 feet off a ladder and suffered significant injuries including a broken pelvis, broken back, fractured hip and as if that's not bad enough- the ladder landed on his head and split it open. The hospital he was rushed to did not have a department to handle his extreme injuries so he was transported to Enloe Hospital in Chico where he has been since 9/26. He had a major spinal surgery on Monday and is facing a very long- and painful recovery. Chico is hours away from his home, and hours away from any family. His sister has been staying in a hotel there to be nearby and his mom is traveling back and forth often. He is not happy about a GoFundMe being set up, but is also touched and shocked by the outpouring of love and support. Please keep it coming. He is not out of the woods yet, and costs are already adding up.
