Hello everyone! I've been encouraged to make this gofundme at the encouragement of a very good friend. My name is Harley Havik and I have been part of the Los Angles kink scene for many years. A handful of years ago I made my debut as a spanking model and have since branched out as a professional switch under the tutelage of Mistress Cyan and Sanctuary Studios.
A lot of my friends in the scene are aware that I have have had neck issues for the past decade. I was dismissed by doctors over the years because of my young age. More and more frequently, my neck would hurt so much that I would be unable to move for many days, and even weeks. Finally, about a month or two into the pandemic, it was the worst it has ever been. I had already been trying to get new insurance and because of Covid, I had a long battle before that insurance would be instituted.
I was finally assigned a new doctor and thankfully he listened to me and got me the MRI I had been wanting for years. Weeks and months later after tests and consultations with surgeons, I now know that I have been dealing with a ruptured disk (and other disks bulging that will also likely need surgery at a future date). In just a week, I will be undergoing surgery to remove the ruptured disk and fuse that part of my spine.
Because of the pain I have been in, it is all I can do some weeks to merely exist let alone work. Thankfully I am on pain medication that treats my nerves without making me drowsy so that I may attend DomCon and be comfortable until my surgery date. I have been unable to work for many months and my savings are low. I will be continue to be laid up for at least a month after surgery and still have rent and bills to pay.
I know many others are also not in great places financially and I want you to know that I very much appreciate and am grateful for whatever you can give. I'm looking forward to soon being better and stronger than I have been in years. I love and miss you all and I'm looking forward to seeing you all in person in 2021!
