Harmony Behind Bars: Sound Healing Initiative
Donation protected
Hello,
My name is Jessica Neideffer. I am the Founder of The Adara Collective 501c3 . I am a Sound Healing and Self-Awareness Expert that has been facilitating transformational workshops since 2007.
I am reaching out to you with an exciting opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of incarcerated adults and children through our transformative sound healing and self-awareness workshops. We believe that every individual, regardless of their circumstances, deserves a chance to heal, grow, and find inner peace. Check out handwritten testimonials from incarcerated participants attached here!
Imagine a world where the power of sound can break the chains of trauma, release the weight of past mistakes, and create a harmonious path towards rehabilitation. This is the vision that drives our organization, and we are determined to bring the healing benefits of sound to those who need it most—incarcerated adults and children.
Through these workshops, we offer a unique and innovative approach to rehabilitation. Sound has an incredible ability to penetrate the deepest layers of our being, unlocking emotions, and facilitating profound healing. By introducing techniques, such as vibrational therapy, movement, breathwork, and mindful meditation, we provide a safe space for incarcerated individuals to explore their inner selves, release emotional wounds, and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
The benefits of these workshops extend far beyond the momentary experience. Incarcerated individuals who have participated in our programs have reported increased emotional regulation, improved communication skills, heightened self-esteem, and a greater sense of personal responsibility and safety. They have shared stories of newfound faith, transformed perspectives, and a desire to rebuild their lives upon release, which we support outside of the prisons as well.
We are relying on the generosity and compassion of individuals like you to make these workshops a reality. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of incarcerated adults and children, offering them an opportunity for growth, self-awareness, and personal transformation.
Your donation will enable us to provide the necessary classes, supplies, and experienced facilitators to conduct these workshops within correctional facilities. Together, we can uplift spirits, inspire, and create a ripple effect of positive change that extends far beyond prison walls.
Imagine the smiles on the faces of participants as they discover the power of their own voices, the peace that resonates within, and the strength to rewrite their future. Your support will not only create opportunities for healing, it will contribute to building safer communities and fostering a more compassionate society.
We invite you to join us on this journey of empowerment and restoration. Your contribution, no matter the size, will make a tangible difference in the lives of incarcerated adults and children who are yearning for a chance at redemption.
A $50 donation is a tank of gas to support the 600 miles driven each month to offer classes.
A $75 donation buys a month of supplies and writing materials for participants.
A $100 donation buys paper and ink to print class lessons for 150-200 participants per month.
A $150 donation pays for a month of satellite service to offer our virtual classes with Officers and Formerly Incarcerated Individuals.
A $250 donation helps to pay facilitators for the classes that they share with participants.
A $1000 donation helps us to expand and offer more sound healing classes in more facilities.
Please consider donating and becoming a part of this transformative movement. Together, we can create a symphony of change, one that reverberates through ALL our hearts and souls.
Thank you for your time, consideration, and unwavering commitment to making a positive impact. Let us be the instruments of change and bring the transformative power of sound to those who need it most.
With heartfelt gratitude!
Love,
Jess
