HARPER THE HOUND'S LEG SURGERY

Donation protected
My friend Rick's Redbone/Bluetick 7 month old pup went missing recently.
He was last seen Dec 10 in his yard and then simply vanished.
There were suspicious tire tracks in his yard so Rick is pretty sure that Harper was dognapped.

Dec 16, an overjoyed Rick received a call that Harper had been found, over 45 minutes away.
He was also quite thin and in Canada, where Harper lives, the temperatures had been as low as -17 degrees.

The kind person who found him lying in a ditch, badly injured, took him to a vet, where it was discovered that Harper had a terrible femur break.

Harper's owner, Rick, like all of us, has been financially struggling with the Covid stuff and was not able to afford the very high price of that vet but did find another more reasonably priced vet, who has fixed Harper's leg.

The surgery was a success yet there is a small chance that he will face an amputation, should the repair fail.
Harper is a young dog and it's a tragedy that his life should have so much sorrow in it already, but he does have a family who loves him dearly.

Rick has recently started working again but sadly, Harper's bills are due now.
If you could please find it in your heart to donate a bit to help out Harper and Rick, I would be extremely grateful.

These photos are  from the kind person who found him on the road and brought him to a safe place where he was able to be reunited with his family

Harper was home again, broken leg and all, and quite skinny, having survived who knows what horrors, in that week.

Please find it in your heart to help Harper and his family with donations and prayers.

Thank you!

Shari
