This is Reparations Roundtable and we're fundraising in support of Harriet "Bookie" Rankin.
Bookie is a community organizer in Louisville, KY, making meals and pounding the pavement to get her community what they need. She has recently had several major expenses and stresses in her life that require us to step up and support her the way she always shows up for everyone else.
- Her car was broken into and has over $2000 in damages that need repair.
- Her dog was poisoned resulting in the loss of her beloved pet and enormous vet bills for another $1000.
- She is facing health issues that are requiring time off from work and more money to cover medical bills.
Let's step up and show Bookie that we are there for her the way she is always there for everyone else.
