Harrison Wilhoit

Harrison Chase Wilhoit, 18, of China Grove left this world all too soon on Sunday, November 12, 2023 from iniuries sustained from an automobile accident.

Harrison was born on July 29, 2005 in Cabarrus County to his proud loving parents, Rodney Wilhoit and Heather Vannoy.

Harrison was a Class of 2023 Graduate of South Rowan High School. In school, he was a part of JROTC and loved playing Football. He currently worked as a patient transporter at Atrium Health Cabarrus. Harrison enjoyed working out and playing video games. He was always the happiest person and had a way of making people feel loved. He was thoughtful, caring, and sweet and truly brought people together.

Family members who will forever cherish his memory include his father, Rodney Wilhoit; mother, Heather Vannoy and step-father Jay Pegram; sisters, Rachel Payne, Heather Wilhoit, and Amanda Wilhoit, step-brother, Caleb Pegram; step-sister, Victoria (Colton) Watson; grandparents, Billy and Carol Vannoy; great-grandparents, Eugene "Tippy" and Jane Vannoy; aunt, Crystal Chen and close cousin, Mason Chen, and numerous other family members and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.. I am asking anyone who feels compelled to help this loving family navigate through this difficult time. As we all know the expenses of a loss such as this just brings more heartache and this family deserves to grieve without financial worries. Heather, Rodney, Reachel, Heather and Jay along with the rest of their family are truly suffering right now. Thank you in advance for all you may be able to do.
