Harrop Family Fund

Hello All,

Chris and Laura Harrop recently came home with their newborn son, James Neil Harrop. Despite being in the hospital for 1.5 months and sustaining surgery, he is doing absolutely excellent. Chris and Laura expected smooth sailing after finally arriving home.

 When Chris & Laura got home, they noticed that their daughter Riley, who is 3 years old, became sick with a fever & what they thought was the flu. After on and off fever’s for two weeks, and a few other symptoms, they decided to bring her into Boston to get checked. While respecting Chris & Laura’s privacy, I am able to tell you that they found out some life-changing & heart-breaking news about their daughter. Although she will be fine, she will be undergoing treatment over the next couple weeks/months to get her into a stable condition. With this news, I want to again, help Chris in any way we can.

 Last night he was kind enough to tell me the hospital and building/room that they are in. They will be at the hospital for the next two weeks and then will return home to continue her treatment and take care of James.

It is my goal to send Chris and Laura warms meals while they are at the hospital, some toys for their daughter Riley as she undergoes treatment and maybe even provide a hotel room one night for them to stay in the city. If you can, please consider donating what you can to help Chris, Laura, James and Riley. Amongst doing things for them while they are in the hospital, the journey to health will continue.

In two short months, their medical bills have climbed steep, having a son and daughter both in Boston, and they will only continue to grow with outpatient services and future treatment.
