Harvey Flood Victims-Llano's Family
Donation protected
My name is Maisa Gonzalez, and I am starting this gofundme to help my aunt and my cousin in a time of need. My aunt lived in Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch. The neighborhood has been all over the local news showcasing the severity of the flooding in the area and my aunt's house was in one of the hardest hit areas. Having seen the house myself, I can say it looks like a shell of what it used to be. She lost all of her belongings, all of her furniture, all of what she worked the last 20 years of her life for is sitting in the front lawn in piles of rubble. The repairs necessary are extensive and costly. There has already been a lot of costs to stop the damage from getting worse and any donations would be used to help alleviate the tremendous financial burden of reconstructing the house.
My aunt is such a caring and humble person that even when she knew she had lost everything, she volunteered at Cinco Ranch High School only a day after she was rescued from her job. We were all so amazed that even though her and her son were going through such a hard time, they still went out and helped other people that were in need.
Thank you all for taking the time to read this post & thank you for donating (really, anything helps).
