Haryn's medical & recovery fund!

Hi everyone,

We’re Anaïs and Greg Jeckell, and we’re asking for your help in supporting our sister, Haryn De Leon. If you know Haryn, you know her as a kind, thoughtful, hardworking artist, hiker, animal lover, gardener, sister, and friend.

You may also know, she’s been struggling with debilitating pain due to having Bertolotti’s syndrome, a rare genetic malformation of her spine, for years. After multiple surgeries, things started to look up. Haryn began to heal and started physical therapy. Unfortunately, the physical therapy that was supposed to help her, actually damaged her further and left her in the state she is currently in, needing another surgery and a disc replacement. Haryn is in crippling pain, preventing her from living a normal life, planning for the future, and doing the things she loves most.

Thankfully, Haryn was able to get another surgery on March 31, and we’re all so hopeful that this will allow her to heal and live her best life. Unfortunately, insurance won’t cover everything, and we’re asking for donations to help relieve Haryn of this financial burden. All donations will go directly to Haryn to cover her medical bills and recovery process.
