Hi friends,

It's with the deepest sadness that we're setting up this gofundme to help cover costs for Hasith's funeral in the US. This is an initiative by his friends and family in the US and in Sri Lanka to be involved in some way in his last rites and provide some ease to his family.

Please do not share this page publicly. If you're receiving the link it's because you've expressed interest in being involved. We kindly ask that you do not share this page publicly (social media, etc).

Also, there is zero obligation to be involved. We fully understand these are difficult times for everyone and this is totally optional for those that want to help in some way.

Funds will cover the following costs:

1. Cremation

2. Funeral service

3. Donation to local Buddhist temple in Hasith's name - they will be leading the service

4. Shipping + permits required to get his ashes to his family in Sri Lanka
