El martes, 5 de agosto a las 4pm, mi madre, María del Rocío Vázquez conoció a su Salvador cara a cara. Yo estoy muy agradecido y honrado de haber tenido una madre amorosa, humilde, servidora y apasionada por Dios, a quien cariñosamente le llamaba 'Jefa'.
Es con mucho respeto y humildad que pido su ayuda con los gastos asociados con su deceso. La partida de Rocío, conocida por muchos como Chío, nos ha tomado por sorpresa. Y aunque estamos en paz con la certeza de su morada celestial, éstos gastos han sido inesperados.
Le doy gracias a Dios por sentir y experimentar la bondad humana y la generosidad de mis hermanos y amigos. Les agradezco profundamente su ayuda y apoyo en éstos momentos de tristeza. Dios mostrando su amor, una vez más, en medio del dolor. ¡Mil gracias!

Heaven always wins!
On Tuesday, August 5 at 4pm, my mother, María del Rocío Vázquez met her Savior face to face. I am grateful and honored to have had a mother that was loving, humble, a servant passionate for God, whom I affectionately, called ‘Jefa’ (Boss).
It is with great respect and humility that I ask for your help with the expenses associated with her passing. Rocío's departure, known to many as Chío, has taken us by surprise. And although we are at peace with the certainty of her heavenly abode, the expenses are unexpected.
I thank God for being able to feel and experience the human kindness and generosity of my brothers, sisters and friends. I deeply appreciate your help and support during these sad times. God is showing His love, once again, in the midst of pain. Thank you!
