Hatcher Family Fire
Donation protected
On December 1st, the Miranda Hatcher family was forced from their Ruskin Place apartment due to a fire in an adjacent apartment. They did receive some assistance from the Red Cross, but this was enough to help them for a couple of days. The entire building was condemned, and they were unable to return. The Ruskin states they have no open apartments available to the displaced residents.
This single working mother who works full time and a part-time job to provide for her three children, Henry, Lily, and Jack, is now faced with the daunting task of finding a new home, moving what can be saved out of the condemned building, and finding somewhere for her three cats until she is in a new home. All belongings need to be removed by Dec. 16th. They are living in a motel with the Red Cross funds already depleted. Any amount of donation to assist this family in need would be helpful during this holiday season.
Miranda is in need of moving expenses, a deposit and first month's rent for a new home by December 16th.
